Hi Marc, I just want to say thank you. My McIntosh paired with the Sonus Faber Sonetta speakers have amazing, incredible, and stunning sound. I am glad to have revamped my entire sound system at your store from my Rega P3 turntable to my acoustics and everything between. The internet is great for information and research but having your store to listen to speakers or borrowing a McIntosh amp to hear it in my system before purchase is the best. I must tip my hat to both of you for your efforts with my Audio System. Marc, your patient curation of the system and consistent presence as the "adult in the room" have been invaluable. Steve, your tuning work truly performed magic!
I spent many hours yesterday in the Audio Room, and even the less impressive LPs revealed new nuances and details that I haven't heard previously. I could easily distinguish nylon strings on some material! The premium LPs, like the one I showed you yesterday, now sound more like tapes than LPs. It feels like a completely upgraded system. The soundstage is immense, extending well beyond the walls, and the imaging is stable, detailed, and even three-dimensional on some LPs. And the bass—it's simply gorgeous. There is no bloat, just tight and accurate sound. If I want more bass, all I have to do is increase the volume; no manual adjustments are needed. I could hardly believe the remarkable difference that the rearrangement and tuning have made to an already excellent audio system!
While I might encounter some issues over time, for now, I am a very happy camper.

This is a quick note to say I could not be happier with my sales experience following yesterday’s first-time visit to your shop. I purchased a Hana SL cartridge and was fortunate enough to have it mounted while I waited.
