Walter Swanbon - considered by many as one of the leading audio consultants in the country, Walter brings his 25 years of A/V experience to bear. He's worked in the sound reinforcement field, engineered live recordings, and performed as a manufacturer's representative and consultant for some of the top companies in the audio world. In the early 80's, Walter developed and owned AudioVision, a highly-regarded audio shop in the Boston area. In the 90s, he owned and operated Ensemble Music Systems in Nashua, NH. Now for the new millenium, Walter has gone back to his roots with Fidelis, a store for serious music and film lovers.

Our in-house service and modification department is on-site at Fidelis, headed up by service manager Dave Plummer. An in-house technical expert gives us the ability to expertly perform repairs, modifications and other service work right here on the premises, with quick turnaround.
